Fashion is a form of ugliness so intolerable that we have to alter it every six months.
- Oscar Wilde

The Lord is saying: If you do not look to what you see around you but stay firmly anchored to the words I have given you, you will see your circumstances changing. Be patient and act and speak according to what I have said and not according to your emotions. Stay anchored upon my promises.

A few years ago, my son was dating a lovely girl who's parents were Christians. We decided that we would all come into an agreement on the promises of God for our children. I drew up the agreement, gave each a copy and we all spoke it out. Afterwards we signed each other's copy. In the tough times my children went through I would look at the covenant and hold tightly onto the promises written there. I was comforted knowing that ......

"if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven" Mat.18:19

Recently I felt it was important to dig out the promises of God for our children again ... Here is the document The written agreement.. and also some notes to help build your faith in the promises. You may find these helpful in praying for your children and grandchildren.

Inspirational Moments

As we traverse the dreamy trails of innovative splendour
laughter shall fill the air for all of the people of GOD.
His wonder shall surround their lives as His beauty
shall be poured out even as an eternal excellency.
Where once was darkness now a great light shines and His wisdom
shall be prevalent even should'st the darkness dare to trespass.
