The Lord is saying. Come to me and speak to me of your feelings. I will change them from negative to positive. Let me take the sting out of your wound. I will heal, I will pour in the oil to heal and the wine to cleanse. I know your hurt, but until you bring it to me it is still stinging, still sore. Come and talk to me my beloved and let me cleanse your wounds.

 

 

Again the Lord is reminding me how important it is to thank in all situations. How He really is in control and is working things out for our good. It really helps us to get a true perspective on things when we trust in His tender loving mercy and His promise to do us good when we have fallen into the trap of focusing in on the negative. Also as we thank and trust Him it opens the door for Him to work in the situation. Somehow when we align our belief in His goodness and love and ability it clears the channel for His mercy and blessings to pour into our lives. Its the enemy's trick and deceit to get us focussed on the negative so the channel is blocked. Its a simple procedure to open up that channel. Just thank, and know that God is working on your behalf to do you good and bless your socks off in every situation.!!! No matter how many times you have failed. God's grace is just that.... undeserved mercy... If it was deserved it wouldn't be called grace but reward. God loves it when we just accept His wonderful free gifts.

Christmas Present
It was the day after Christmas at a church in San Francisco. The pastor of the church was looking over the cradle when he noticed that the baby Jesus was missing from among the figures. Immediately he turned and went outside and saw a little boy with a red wagon, and in the wagon was the figure of the little infant, Jesus.

So he walked up to the boy and said, "Well, where did you get Him, my fine friend?"

The little boy replied, "I got him from the church."

"And why did you take him?"

The boy said, "Well, about a week before Christmas I prayed to the little Lord Jesus and I told him if he would bring me a red wagon for Christmas I would give him a ride around the block in it."
