Food for thought

"Prayer is not monologue, but dialogue. Gods voice in response to mine is its most essential part." Andrew Murray

      Evidence for Christianity

"Behold I make all things new" - "Angels heralded my coming - Sure as the moonbeams light on the dew"

Another reminder of Kay - her beautiful poem seems to epitomise her suffering and transformation.

My child forget your sorrows - For you all things are being made new"

"My child come close and listen, -You can almost hear my heart

For I love you truly, deeply,- And hate it when we're apart.

My child I want to hold you - So close to My heart for ever,

Your tears have called to heaven- I will not ever forsake you no never" .

"The Father heart of God is yours,

Forever night and day,

My child I love to listen

To hear you when you pray

For you all things are being renewed

Your pain has not escaped Me

I treasure every day with you

Leave everything, come join Me

Trickles of blood from his body fell

To the cold dark earth for you

How could you ever doubt My love

Come and look at all that I do

The darkest night that ever was

Has now just gone away,

And now the light forever shines

In the place where the church bells play.

The Lord is saying. Fix your eyes upon me, the Author and Finisher of your faith. I cannot fail you. I am seriously in earnest in planning your completion and perfection and its progress to every detail. . Work with me by looking at me, seeing my capability and looking away from your inadequacies. It is I who will complete you as you walk with me.

SHH.... BE QUIET

Shh.. be quiet, someone is speaking,
are you really listening?
Look carefully
and in the corner of their eye,
you may see a tear glistening.
If you wait they will reveal their heart,
Inviting you, of their life to be a part.

Don't let this moment pass you by,
Empty words will only cause an anguished unheard cry.
Inside of themselves they will again disappear,
Condemned to a life of heartache and fear.

Shh
let them share their heartache and pain,
Pay attention and both of you will gain.
Be quiet, someone is speaking,
are you truly listening?
Don't be afraid of that tear in their eye
that is glistening.

You don't have to speak
or say that you understand,
Don't tell them what to do,
or give them a heartless command.
A broken heart needs time to heal,
If you listen and encourage,
you will have fulfilled your part of the deal.

Shh....... listen,
this may be their only chance
for the healing process to begin.
Your empty words would only be
a cacophonous din.
This is your chance to see
a broken heart restored again,
Shh......
be quiet let them share their pain.

Prayer Requests

Please pray for James who is having doubts about his salvation..

Another James is in prison. Please pray that he will repent and get saved and healed of all rejection

Pray for the continuation of the Christian bookstall in the Wool Market in Doncaster. There is a real threat of it closing. My own stall is being neglected, but I'm determined to keep the divine appointments I get at the bookstall going, until the lady comes back. Then there will be a decision to be made, because she doesn't want to continue after January. Please pray for God's perfect will and the plans of the enemy to be brought to nothing. There is something about that corner of the market that is worth fighting for spiritually.

Please pray for Mia who has broken her arm in two places. She has only just had it operated on to set it right and has been in great pain.

I need to find space to work on my songs. The Lord has shown me this is priority. Also that My husband and son get together with me too. Its hard to find time and get enthusiasm for us all. Thanks Shirley
