The Lord
is saying. If you were Me do you think you would do things
differently? You are confused as to why things are going this
way. Do not try to think it through, but trust me with all
of your heart. I will not let you down and when this thing
is over you will see why events went like they did and why
I asked you to thank in all things. Keep walking with me child,
keep praising, for your attempts to obey me are not being
wasted and are working, for you, an eternal glory, as you
look unto the unseen and act upon my promptings.

Corinthians 4:17,18 For our light affliction, which is but
for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal
weight of glory; While we look not at the things which are
seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things
which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not
seen are eternal.
There
are times when we just have to hold on to our trust in Jesus
and not throw our confidence away. The word of God is a rock
that is the safest harbour in the fiercest storm for it is
eternal and cannot fail. Everything around us can fail but
not God's word.
I pray today that we will have grace to trust in God's mighty
sovereignty, power and love and to see all circumstances as
opportunities to show our wonderful saviour our faith in Him.
