Condemnation Is The Root
Cause
Romans 8:1, NASB
1Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ
Jesus.
When you have a plant with sickly leaves,
it would be foolish to just treat the leaves without knowing the
root cause of the problem. Similarly, when “leaves” of
sickness, poverty and destructive habits start sprouting in your
life, you need to know what the root cause is.
Experts will tell you that it is stress.
They may go a little deeper and say that it is fear — fear
of the future, of rejection, of loss, of death and so on. But is
fear really the root? Or is there something deeper than fear?
The Bible shows us that the most fundamental
cause of problems in our lives is condemnation. With condemnation
comes fear. Fear then induces stress which brings about the symptoms
of the curse.
This is what happened to Adam. Long before
he faced poverty, sickness and eventually death, he had stress.
Because of his sin, God told him, “In the sweat of your face
you shall eat bread till you return to the ground.” (Genesis
3:19) Sweat speaks of stress. But before there was stress, there
was fear because Adam told God, “I heard Your voice in the
garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; and I hid myself.”
(Genesis 3:10)
But what made Adam fearful? Adam only
feared when, seeing his nakedness, he realized that he had sinned
against God. He felt so ashamed and condemned that he hid himself.
God then asked him, “Who told you that you were naked?”
(Genesis 3:11) There was no one else in the garden other than Adam
and Eve, so we know that it was probably the devil who told Adam
that he was naked.
My friend, condemnation is the root cause
of the symptoms of the curse manifesting in your life. That is why
you need to know that at the cross, God took all your sins, put
them on Jesus and unleashed the full fury of His wrath against them
until Jesus cried out, “It is finished!”
All your sins have been completely punished
in the body of Christ who was condemned for you. The root cause
of all your problems has been dealt with. This means that the devil
cannot enforce the curse in your life apart from your receiving
condemnation. So come to the place of no condemnation and no sick
leaves will sprout in your life!

The Lord is saying. Look
up and walk on. Do not drag your feet. Your break through is
on its way. Keep walking forward on the word I have given you.
It will not let you down, but it will be to you all that you
dreamed it would be and more.
Healing Meetings
After holding two healing meetings at No 26. We have decided
as it has been so popular that it will be a regular feature.
We will hold it every month. The next date will be on the 14th
December.
The Lord Speaks to each individual
We allow the Holy Spirit to speak to the group as we are silent
before Him for each individual before we pray for them. We have
been delighted that each member has contributed with the message
they felt the Lord was giving them. Just like a jigsaw after
each member shared, the picture for the particular individual
emerges. The Lord is faithful and desires to speak and bring
healing more than we want Him to. I have never been to a meeting
like it. It is quite unique but a very wonderful way of hearing
from God.

Unbelief
It seems the Lord is telling His people that our problem is
not lack of faith but unbelief. Yeah I know.... I thought they
were the same too. But it seems we only need faith as small
as a mustard seed to remove a mountain, and we've got that...
but unbelief is something that pulls in the opposite direction
to our faith and negates it. Like two horse pulling in opposite
directions... they don't get very far.
Talk about confirmation....I wrote a song called Help my unbelief,
the other week. Then at the chapel Don Trahearne said that our
problem is not lack of faith but unbelief and that in Africa
the reason people get healed so easily is because they have
not been taught unbelief like we have. The next thing ... I
put on an Andrew Wommack cd and he was talking about the same
thing. John Watson came to the stall and said they had been
preaching it at the Baptist Church last Sunday.... I think the
Lord is trying to tell us something.
Well it seems the way we get rid of unbelief is prayer and
fasting and drawing close to the Lord in intimacy. I suppose
its starving our senses of what they see, hear and feel. Anyway
the upshot of getting rid of the unbelief is wonderful. Miracles,
healings and mighty things will be seen and we will show the
world that ...

Prayer Requests
I received this urgent prayer request.
I would be grateful if you could keep this in your prayers.
My daughter Laura has a five year old son, Connor. Her ex-partner,
Jemal, is jealous and controlling and regarded her recent
boyfriend , Ned, as 'unsuitable.' WhichNed was because it
turns out he had a conviction for domestic abuse some years
ago. When Laura found out the truth of this she finished
with Ned- that was yesterday.
Without telling her, her ex-partner, Jemal, went to my grandson's
school and removed him saying he wanted to 'spend some time
with him.' Laura had asked the school not to allow her ex
to take him without her permission, but they did.
Now her ex is refusing to say where Connor is and he won't
let Laura see him. She is distraught. Apparently , in legal
eyes, possession is nine tenths of the law in these cases,
so although he virtually kidnapped Connor and is tormenting
Laura with this knowledge , nothing can be done until a
court hearing next Tuesday. You can imagine the effect this
is having on Connor and Laura. Please pray that right is
done and her ex will repent of his cruel actions.
I have had a request that we pray
for the people who are Albino's in Africa. There member's
(arms and legs) are considered to be highly sought after
by Witchdoctors who use them in their spells. Many Albino's
have been killed and maimed by having their legs and arms
cut off. Please pray that this terrible act will stop.
Please
pray for A who is going through a terrible time with her
children. They are in trouble and need great protection
and guidance.
Please pray for Ann as she moves
to a different part of England in her latter years. That
she will find a welcome and much support and love from the
people around her, and that she will not be lonely but have
much to do and interest her. Pray a healing on her mind
and body so she can be a great blessing to the people around
her.
Please pray for the healing meetings
we've begun at No. 26. That the Lord will do a mighty work
on each individual and that we will learn and be built up
in our faith about God's power to heal

is available for healing for prayer every Saturday afternoon.

Round-The-Clock Protection
Psalm 91:5–6
5You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of
the arrow that flies by day, 6nor of the pestilence that
walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that lays waste
at noonday.
During World War II, German planes bombed London. Houses
were leveled. But there was one that remained standing amidst
the rubble. Its owner said that when she read Psalm 121:4,
which says, “Behold, He who keeps Israel shall neither
slumber nor sleep,” she told the Lord, “Lord,
since You don’t sleep, then there is no point in both
of us keeping awake. I will sleep while You keep watch.”
And she did, while the Lord protected her and her house.
In 2005, terrorists attacked London’s public transport
system. That day, a Singaporean girl found herself unexpectedly
late for work and could not get to the train station in
time to board her usual train. When she finally neared the
station, she realized that it had been bombed just a few
minutes earlier. Her mother, who worships in our church,
believes that God protected her daughter that day.
God wants you to know that you have round-the-clock protection
— “You shall not be afraid of the terror by night,
nor of the arrow that flies by day, nor of the pestilence
that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that lays
waste at noonday.”
He protects you from “the terror by night”, which
could refer to evils such as rape, kidnap or murder. He
promises you protection from “the arrow that flies
by day”. This could refer to bullets from a crazy sniper,
drive-by shootings or home-made rockets fired into your
territory.
God also shields you from “the pestilence that walks
in darkness”, referring to viruses which you cannot
see. You don’t have to be afraid of deadly viruses
lurking somewhere or wonder if some deadly disease is developing
in your body.
God also doesn’t want you to be afraid of “the
destruction that lays waste at noonday”, such as a
tsunami hitting the beach resort you are at, or a bomb going
off in the shopping mall you are in.
You need not be afraid because God, who neither slumbers
nor sleeps, is watching over you 24 hours a day!
