The Lord is saying: I am with you. Do not be afraid. Things aren't what they seem. You can rely on my promise. You can trust me with all of your heart. For I will not fail you, nor my promise be found wanting. Make sure child that you are not found wanting but stand and see my salvation.

God will never deceive you. When He gives you a promise it cannot fail to come to pass for none of His words will fall to the ground. He cannot be anything but true. He is a loyal friend. The truest friend you could ever imagine. There is no-one as close, who understands you like Jesus does. Yet He is asking today that you trust Him and to know that He is working all things together for your good.

"God is not a man, that He should lie; neither the son of man, that He should repent: Hath He said, and shall He not do it? or hath He spoken, and shall He not make it good?"(Numbers 23:19)"

...let God be true, but every man a liar..."(Romans 3:4)

It is impossible for God to lie.
