Friends,
Are you under attack with flu, colds, viruses
etc. this winter season. Lack of sunlight (Vitamin D) contributes;
plus getting chilled compromises your immune system. If so...You
can't afford to be chesty for the next few months. Also, its best
to avoid antibiotics which destroy good bacteria in your digestive
system and further compromises your immune system.
If you've got an amazing diet full of fresh fruit
and veg, like... ignore this. However, if you need a boost to
either prevent flu etc, or if you trying to fight a virus... then
my Vitamin C plan works for me!
I know... I was sceptical too, but the reason
it usually doesn't work is because it has to be HIGH DOSE VITAMIN
C. I find the powder is ideal to get enough in me for it to work.

I
think its the Andrew Wommack course that is really affecting
me for good. But I have seen clearly that if we don't bring
the light to the next generation they have no hope. We are
the messengers of light. We can't afford to compromise the
truth. It is too precious to sell. It has to be passed on
to the next generation or the world will just get darker.
